Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep experience in technical product management to establish a compelling product vision, in alignment with GAM's broader business and data strategy, and translate that vision into a clear, thoughtful, and achievable product roadmap.

  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap, progress on development of new features development, and release plans, ensuring appropriate documentation and governance requirements are adhered to, supporting user adoption, training, and change management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record as a Technical Product Manager with 3-5+ years of experience, expert understanding of product management principles and best practices, and how to apply them in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate highly technical concepts and solutions into concise written and verbal explanations that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving continuous improvement, exceptional ability to quickly identify the key success criteria relevant to solving a particular business or technical problem.
  • Result-oriented mindset, with the discipline to build operationally robust products, the courage to drive innovation to support new business areas and processes, and the resilience and perseverance to 'fail forward' towards success.
  • Demonstrated success in applying agile best-practices to frame problems and prioritize key outcomes, hypothesize, iterate, and continuously improve on solutions, and continuously deliver incremental value to end-users and key stakeholders.
  • Solid technology skills and expertise, with a focus on current and emerging data and big-data technologies, data visualization tools, and UI/UX, ability to partner closely with highly technical platform, engineering, and analytics teams to design and implement innovative solutions to business problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
