Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Manager to join our team at East To West Traffic Control Ltd. in managing traffic flow and ensuring the smooth operation of road infrastructure projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on various road infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges. As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for directing traffic at or near construction sites, working closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary safety measures are in place.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traffic control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to minimize disruptions to motorists and pedestrians
  • Work collaboratively with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards
  • Develop and implement effective traffic management plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
