Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Long Life Flooring. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality flooring systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
