Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 10 Buck Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32-35 hours per week.
