Job Title: Property Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Administrator to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Manager and Resident Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager, including data entry, A/R adjustments, and rent roll reviews.
  • Prepare legal notices and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with database management and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other applicable laws.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
