Sales Supervisor Job Description at Express News & Smokes
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Express News & Smokes. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, teaching interest or professional development courses, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
* Assign sales workers to duties
* Teach interest or professional development courses
* Authorize payments by cheque
* Order merchandise
* Sell merchandise
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Manage cash
* Conduct performance reviews
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
**Work Environment**
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 30 hours per week
