We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our thriving team in the province of Quebec. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a strong background in automotive aftermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and improve the operational performance of Bumper to Bumper corporate stores in the province.
  • Ensure stores meet sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold Bumper to Bumper's corporate values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage the regional store budget and monitor OPEX to ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail and/or wholesale operations management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets while upholding corporate values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and empowering others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the aftermarket automotive and industry supply industries.
