Job Title: Delivery Agent

Are you looking for a career that involves working outdoors and interacting with customers? Do you have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record? We are seeking a Delivery Agent to join our team at Canada Post.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sort and prepare mail and packages for delivery
  • Load and drive a postal vehicle
  • Deliver mail and packages to customers on your route
  • Return to the depot to unload incoming mail and packages

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 5 or Class G driver's license with a safe driving record for at least 3 years
  • Physical ability to lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg (50 lb) and carry items weighing up to 15.9 kg (35 lb) regularly throughout the day
  • Ability to work in all types of weather
  • Availability to be on-call
  • Ability to read, write and speak English and/or French
