  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the growth and development of junior staff members, fostering a culture of mentorship and knowledge sharing within the clinic.
  • Client Retention and Referral: Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' symptoms, medical history, and treatment objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet productivity targets and maintain high standards of client care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits:
