- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the growth and development of junior staff members, fostering a culture of mentorship and knowledge sharing within the clinic.
- Client Retention and Referral: Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' symptoms, medical history, and treatment objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet productivity targets and maintain high standards of client care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
