Paralegal Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Coordinator to join our team at the BC First Nations Justice Council. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our paralegal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services.

• Coordinate the flow of information and documents between team members and stakeholders.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and records.
• Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and legal documents with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
• Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and standards.

• College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or paralegal setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and other relevant software.
