Job Title: Assistant Professor in Neuro Bioengineering

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Professor in Neuro Bioengineering. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field, and a demonstrated ability to conduct innovative research in the area of neuroengineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead an independent research program in neuroengineering, with a focus on developing novel bioengineering approaches and technologies to model or modulate the neural-immune axis.
  • Participate in graduate and undergraduate teaching in biomedical engineering and related topics.
  • Contribute to the development of new academic and training programs in biomedical engineering.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or equivalent in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong training background in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, neuro-engineering, neurobiology and engineering, stem cell engineering, and/or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability in scholarly activity with experience in collaborative and convergent research at the interface of engineering and molecular/cellular neuroscience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse and divergent perspectives and behaviors.
