About the Role

The Server and Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, presenting menu items to customers, and handling cash and credit transactions.   • Main Responsibilities:
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Greet patrons and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Provide customer service
