Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration Leader to oversee the migration of our Microsoft environment to MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and O365. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the transition and develop a corporate records governance framework.

About the Role
  • Lead the migration from an on-premises Microsoft environment to MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and O365, ensuring the transition aligns with business needs and technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement a corporate records governance framework, addressing security, data retention, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support organizational change, ensuring collaboration tools are optimized for improved operations while adhering to governance policies.

This is a contract role (18 months) that offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in Vancouver (with remote work options available).

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience migrating Microsoft Office products (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, O365, Exchange Online, and OneDrive) from on-premises to cloud.
  • Strong background in corporate records governance, including experience addressing security, data retention policies, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) for process optimization.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, with experience leading or supporting cloud migration projects.
