Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform (CDP) and be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions.
  • Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with technical architects, developers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of the designed solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support during the testing and deployment phases to ensure the solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure clients can effectively use and maintain the implemented solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) capabilities, features, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud (CDP) are highly desirable.
