As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you have the opportunity to live your ambitions and make a positive impact on your life and the lives of your clients and colleagues.

This role offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities for development. You'll work with a team of experts specializing in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas to provide a people-centric experience for branch clients.

Your job will involve listening to clients' needs and resolving complex situations, giving advice and offering appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients, and supporting them through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and engagement, referring clients to specialist colleagues when necessary, and adhering to compliance and risk management rules.

The Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch, which is open one evening a week and on Saturday. Multiple work schedules are possible, depending on team availability.

Key qualifications include holding a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, obtaining a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence within three months of hiring, and having advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
