Key Responsibilities- Hiring, Supervising, and Scheduling Staff: Lead and manage a team of landscapers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
- Landscape Construction Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of landscape construction projects.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Identify and resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain effective work procedures, including scheduling and workflow optimization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a valid driver's license.
