Food Service Operations Manager

Chucks Roadhouse is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our food service operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
- Team Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service operations role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
