Head Chef

At Hot Mama Noi's Thai on the Fly Inc., we are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities include determining the size of food portions and costs, planning menus and estimating food requirements, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

In addition, you will work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks. A willingness to travel and relocate is also required.

As a successful candidate, you will have previous experience in this field of employment and be available for shift or on-call work. You will also be willing to relocate for this position.
