About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Moxies. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the success of our kitchen operations, working closely with our Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Execution: Assist the Executive Chef in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring that all menu items are executed to perfection.
- Culinary Operations: Supervise the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Food Preparation and Cooking: Manage food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in culinary arts.
- Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work well under pressure, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
