We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at Sabel Holdings Limited. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our accounting department.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 accounting professionals to achieve budgeted targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, including balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other relevant financial reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting cash flows, and analyzing financial performance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Yardi system, MS Excel, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
