About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team in Saint John, NB. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales by deeply understanding the diverse channels and beverage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell customer promotional plans, incremental displays and equipment placements that align with business objectives and strategies.
  • Evaluate outlet opportunities for new and existing Large Store customers.
  • Develop customized business plans addressing critical customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with merchandising Supervisors and order replenishment team to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Ensure high level of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
  • Execute channel and customer promotions/programs leveraging national brand strategies.
  • Proactively arrange time and territory for optimum face-to-face selling opportunities.
  • Build or modify displays, sections, end caps, racks & coolers according to Coca-Cola Canada Bottling's standards and programs.
Requirements:
  • One to three (1-3) years of experience in consumer goods industry required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year in consumer products/direct store delivery sales/major account management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficient using various computer programs.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record free from major violations for past three (3) years.
  • Must have access to personal vehicle for use during working hours.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
