We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team at 49th Parallel Roasters. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and timely.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving business growth and revenue.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
