About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Super Ming Trading Inc. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Training and Development: Train and support other team members on administrative tasks and procedures.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize Google Docs and MS Office to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and attention to detail.
