We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Pilot to join our team at Ridge Rotors. As a key member of our aviation crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our fleet of helicopters in a safe and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will possess a Commercial Pilot Licence - rotors and have experience in flying fixed-wing aircrafts or helicopters. They will also be required to follow emergency procedures, monitor the operation of engine and aircraft systems during flight, and perform post-flight inspections.

A strong understanding of aerial surveys, sightseeing, and forest firefighting operations is essential, as well as the ability to fly in commercial aviation environments and at heights. The ideal candidate will also have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-flight inspections, coordinating flight activities with ground crews and air-traffic control, and reporting any required repairs to ground maintenance personnel. You will also be expected to maintain communications with flight dispatchers and weather forecasters, respond to and report in-flight emergencies and malfunctions, and prepare flight evaluation reports.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, plus gasoline paid and piece work opportunities. You will also have access to free parking, on-site housing options, and learning/training paid by employer.
