As a Client Service Representative in our Personal and Business Banking team, you'll work in a fast-paced banking center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, answering their questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting them with the right team members to help them achieve their financial goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Client engagement - Help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on delivering a personalized experience and making interactions meaningful.
  • Problem-solving - Listen to clients, ask questions, and put yourself in their shoes to understand their needs. Take ownership of client issues and work with your team to create a better solution.
  • Leveraging technology - Become a technology expert and share your knowledge with clients to help them better manage their banking needs.
