Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and portioning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory is always well-stocked and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
