Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our client in downtown Calgary. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming emails and correspondence
  • Fax, file, and photocopy documents as needed
  • Receive and distribute incoming packages and mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in reception or a similar role
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Team player with a positive attitude
