The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health - CAMH is seeking two full-time, permanent Clinical Psychologists to join our Work, Stress and Health service.
Role OverviewThis unique service generates revenue by working exclusively with third-party insurers. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment and treatment services to clients referred by the WSIB, specializing in post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and other psychiatric disorders related to the workplace.
You will work closely with a team to provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based treatments in individual and group formats, addressing psychological functioning, diagnosis, and return-to-work. Participation in multidisciplinary education and training is also expected, along with other duties as required.
About the Position- Doctoral degree in Psychology required, with 3 years of clinical experience
- Experience in evidenced-based treatment for trauma and stressor-related disorders, mood, anxiety, and concurrent disorders
- Significant experience in administering psychological assessments, including objective self-report instruments and structured diagnostic interviewing
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- High proficiency with computer-based programs (word processing, electronic communication, workload measures)
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. The successful candidate must have experience assessing response bias and/or pain assessment, as well as supporting specialty populations such as military and first responders. Proficiency in a second language is considered an asset.
Compensation and BenefitsEstimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, retirement savings plan, and generous vacation time.
