Account Executive, New Business Development

Thinkific is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Provide consultative sales guidance to clients, showcasing the value proposition of Thinkific's solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a proven track record of quota attainment
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
