We are seeking a skilled Fabrication and Repair Craftsman to join our team at beBee Professionals in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and repair.
  • Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc) to meet quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship with a focus on fabrication and repair techniques.
  • Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB) and a strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting with a proven track record of quality work and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting industry standards.
