Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, plan menus, and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Cooking and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • Team Management: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

Requirements: A Food Safety Certificate is required for this position. You must be willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
