About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at AD Mezzanine Inc. as a key member of our industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality metal fabrication.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to precision-cut metal components.
  • Fabricate and repair metal parts and products using various welding techniques, including GTAW (TIG), GMAW, and electron beam.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and select the most suitable welding process for each project.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment, collaborating with our experienced team to deliver high-quality products to our clients.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for work assignments.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English language.
