Job Description

">

We are seeking a Senior Financial Director to lead our financial management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring risk management policies and procedures to minimize organizational risks through effective controls.

">

This role involves managing all financial aspects of the Firm, including reviewing general ledger activity, cash flow monitoring, partners' draw and capital accounts, lawyer and partner compensation, and preparing various reports and analysis.

">

You will also be responsible for preparing accurate and timely budgets, financial statements, and reports, as well as ongoing analysis of same.

">

Additionally, you will work with external auditors to complete annual audits, provide financial analysis to assist with client RFPs, and collaborate with accounting/billing/collection specialists in developing accounting policies and procedures and managing day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you must have advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in financial software (Prolaw) and Microsoft Office Suite.
