At Pantos Logistics Canada Inc., we offer an exciting opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team in North York, ON M2N 6P4. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about payroll management, benefits administration, and employee relations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing full payroll cycles using ADP and administering group benefits and RRSPs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legislation relevant to employment practices and payroll administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. They will also handle year-end tasks, review reports for accuracy, and communicate with employees regarding benefit enrollment, plan changes, and claim issues.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Korean is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full payroll cycle using ADP
  • Administer group benefits and RRSPs
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees
  • Handle year-end tasks and reviews
  • Communicate with employees regarding benefits and payroll
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or Payroll
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of ADP and group benefits software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
