Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at 2653905 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative services and maintaining a high level of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a recognized employer.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
