ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at Olsen Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing enterprise resource management systems for our clients across Canada and the United States.

Duties:

  • Financial analysis and accounting engagements with clients.
  • Prepare reconciliations for clients.
  • Future travel opportunities to client sites in Canada and the US to complete ERP implementations.
  • Manage clients' needs and expectations to provide effective solutions and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the facilitation and implementation of the change management process is seamless.
  • Assist clients with financial data migration and best practices in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Recognize gaps and assist clients during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Support clients in the training and adoption of these new systems.
  • Collaborate directly with decision-makers to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Write functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation and 3-5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle accounting systems and policies.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from statistical data.
  • Experience with data management and databases.
  • Experience working with Excel.
  • A naturally curious leader with a track record for implementing process improvements.
  • A team player, with a desire to work in an innovative, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to provide exceptional consulting services to our team and clients.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High level of integrity, ability to handle the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • A strong desire to continually grow through learning and professional development.
  • Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is desirable but not required.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
