About the JobWe are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites Cloverdale. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our management team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in record-keeping, data entry, and office operations. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, agendas, and other sensitive information.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our database, ensuring timely and efficient processing of information.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
