We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Rehab First Inc. in Hamilton, ON.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per yearJob DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist at Rehab First Inc., you will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitation services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Completing general and specialized assessments to identify physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
- Developing individualized treatment plans with clients to achieve their goals.
- Providing treatment to clients in the clinic, community, home, or workplace.
- Preparing and submitting case notes and reports.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing, or be in the process of registration as a new graduate.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in the community.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Health Care Consent Act and Mental Health Act.
- Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
