Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Osmows. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
