At Airside, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aviation Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the aviation industry with a focus on aircraft management and sales. They will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies to secure new aircraft management contracts and expanding market share. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and managerial skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.
  • Lead and motivate the aircraft management sales initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the aircraft management business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, managers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client relationships are managed effectively and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
  • Oversee the customer success function, implementing best practices and processes to enhance customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients on aircraft management solutions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the aviation industry with a focus on aircraft management and sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of aircraft management services and industry regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field.
