FISPAN is a leading Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that enables banks to deploy embedded financial products and services. Our mission is to create a seamless banking experience for corporate clients. We're looking for a skilled Onboarding Consultant to join our team and help us achieve our goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting new FISPAN users in implementing our products.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Become a technical subject matter expert for FISPAN's products and services.
  • Effectively troubleshoot errors during the customer onboarding process.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to build customer feedback loops and drive improvement.
  • Document customer communications and technical issues to support product quality programs.
  • Contribute to Support Knowledge Base Articles and FAQs.
  • Support customer success initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with implementing SaaS products for large enterprise users is a plus.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, confident, competitive, and detail-oriented.
  • Available to work flexible hours/shifts, including on-call and statutory holidays.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Interest in technology and financial services.
  • A second language is not necessary but is an asset.
  • Someone who is eager to take ownership of their work.
  • Looking for growth potential in the role and organization.

Compensation and Benefits

FISPAN offers a competitive compensation package, including a hiring salary range of $52,000-$60,000 annually, a semi-annual bonus program, and a range of benefits, including extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, and savings and retirement plan matching.
