Dilawri Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, is seeking a skilled Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join the team at Vaughan Chrysler.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Perform repairs and maintenance services in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify any malfunctions and perform the necessary repairs.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and updates in automotive systems to provide the best possible service.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements:
- Valid 310S License.
- Proven experience as a licensed Automotive Technician (3+ years preferred).
- Strong product knowledge and technical/mechanical repair skills.
- Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
