Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of a multi-jurisdictional hourly and salaried bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees in Alberta and BC.
About the RoleAs a Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing vacation schedules and tracking accruals as well as benefits enrollments, administration, and responding to queries in a timely fashion. With recent upgrades to our payroll software, you will spend approximately 80% of your time on payroll and benefits administration, with the remaining 20% focused on HR-related duties that leverage your strengths.
Requirements- A minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle payroll administration experience, including ROE and T4 processing annually
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills for reconciliations
- A strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a confidential environment
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive compensation package, which includes a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
