Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at A2A SECURITY AGENCY INC.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be responsible for supervising other workers, training them on new procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both manual and computerized
- Supervising and training other workers
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to employee inquiries and complaints
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will be working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
