Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at The Richmond Academy of Dance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the HR department
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
