About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at KIK Consumer Products - LAVO Division. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing various projects related to production lines and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve recurring problems impacting production line performance
  • Design and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes
  • Manage and carry out improvement, maintenance, and safety projects for plant equipment
  • Supervise external suppliers and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Develop and implement automation modifications to improve efficiency
  • Communicate and train operators and supervisors on implemented solutions
  • Document and maintain the GuideTI CMMS software
  • Assist production with daily monitoring of technical problems and ongoing improvements
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a unionized environment (asset)
  • Proficiency in Solidworks, Autocad 2D, and MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of machined parts manufacturing and blowmolding/packaging (asset)
  • Knowledge of CMMS software and padlocking (asset)
  • Autonomous and structured with strong communication and teamwork skills
