Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at On Road driving school corp. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meeting times with clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and relay messages promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or areas, and establishing effective relationships.
  • Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems, guaranteeing easy access to information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, preferably in the education sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

This is a permanent position, requiring approximately 30-35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
