We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our operations team at Schramm's Woodcraft Ltd. as an Industrial Operations Team Member. This role involves assisting machine operators, performing various labouring tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually. They will also check and weigh materials and products, sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, and perform other labouring and elemental activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually;
  • Check and weigh materials and products;
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products;
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers;
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas;
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The ability to handle heavy loads, physical demands, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure are essential requirements for this role.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

Benefits:
