Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue and market share expansion across the USA and Canada, particularly within the private-label frozen entree sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO, R&D Director, and other stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share expansion across the USA and Canada.
  • Lead negotiations with major clients to secure contracts that align with our strategic goals and drive profitability.
  • Foster collaboration with our R&D Director to align sales strategies with product innovation and production capabilities.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, retailers, and distribution partners to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Mentor and inspire our sales team to be customer-centered and strategic.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in senior sales leadership, particularly within the private-label frozen food industry.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation and key account management.
  • Experience working closely with R&D teams to drive innovation in product offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A deep understanding of the North American food market and its dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada and the USA.
