At Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office, we are seeking an exceptional Rotisserie Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our Pane Fresco Rotisserie department and provide customers with the best possible experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Rotisserie Manager who can oversee the production and merchandising of our products, ensuring high-quality service and maximum sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the hot foods industry, and 3 years' management experience in a restaurant or fast food operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experiences.
  • Ordering and overseeing the production and merchandising of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products as per the Fortinos Health Code.
  • Scheduling, directing, and supervising Pane Fresco Rotisserie staff to secure department efficiencies.
  • Maintaining equipment, safety, and sanitation of the department as per Company Policy.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.
